Worst gel manicure. I had an appointment scheduled with Kim and I was going to request a design. Upon arriving she had two people ahead of me that had not even been started yet. So I was started with a different tech to get my old polish off. I sat with my nails in foil for about 20+minutes which has now dried out my fingers and skin. When I finally realized I was not going to be seen by Kim it wasn’t even worth it at this point to ask for the design I wanted to get. The technician that ended up doing my nails completely rushed through my entire gel manicure. She was so fast and rough with the cuticle clippers that she cut me a few times and even after I told her she cut me she continued to be very rough around those areas. When it came time to the polish she rushed through that even quicker. The boarders of the polish are so unclean and not neat. There are even spots on my nails where she completely missed with the clear polish. She would also grab my arm out of the light when they had only been in there for 10 seconds which if you don’t keep them in the light long enough they will chip. Why even offer scheduling appointments if you aren’t going to honor them. Bad customer service and horrible gel manicure.

Have been coming here forever! Love it, I don’t have a specific person I use, I go with whoever is next and they all do a wonderful job. Always get a dip mani and pedicure, the deluxe pedi is worth it! It is busy so make and appointment. Monday and Tuesday they have discount days. Also you get points every-time you come and they add up for $$ off services. They just moved to a new location. It’s right next-door to where they used to be but it is fabulous. Watch the video.

It was a nice and sunny day so I went to get a full set and toe nail polish change. My big toe nail messed up before I even got home. When I called to go right back to the nail shop they told me I should come late tomorrow afternoon. WHAT?? ARE THEY SEROUS?? I just spent 2 hours waiting and another hour getting serviced and spent $80 and I have to come back another day!! Four days after my new set and I have 4 nails broken! I called and they offered to fix them. I was told I would have to wait. I waited 2 hours the day I got a new set. Why should I have to wait again?? He tried to blame it on me at first. I got acrylic instead of dip like they kept asking me to get overe amd ober again. I had dip alot and I don’t like it…!!! uugghh another horrible nail shop

Q Nails consistently does a great job on my nails. Each technician is good (and that can be rare!) My dip powder lasts 3+ weeks and their prices are fair. Thanks for making my hands look so pretty!Dip powder

I made an appointment for my friend and I, but upon arrival we waited nearly 15 minutes to be seated. I made an appointment with Mai and after she started to prep my nails, she told me she had to switch to another person whose appointment would take longer. I couldn’t understand the switch and I didn’t understand why she switched despite the fact that I had an appointment. Then I was switched to another tech who was extremely rough; the skin around two of my fingers continue to be tender and have cuts two days later. As I came in with nails that were already long, there was no reason that she couldn’t match both sides so the shapes of all of them were the same but both my pointer finger and ring finger nails are all uneven in shape and length. I felt like I couldn’t say anything as she abruptly finished and pointed me around to the register to pay. Overall, I had a really poor experience of being shuffled around and then not leaving happy with the services.

My favorite nail place! I’ve had several nail techs and they are all great! They just moved into a great new space and have reasonable prices. My gel manicures last forever! Highly recommend. I’ve added a photo of my gel mani after THREE weeks- still looks great!!

Go literally anywhere else. Worst gel manicure I’ve ever had – polish chipped within 2 days. Tech destroyed my nail beds using the drill to remove gel polish (booked weeks in advance) even when I told her it hurt. Said this was because they were busy but the manager was only playing on his phone when not pushing wine on customers. Cut the skin around my fingers and used harsh chemicals – worst polish job I’ve ever received and now my hands are cracked dry, polish chipped, and beds so thin I’ll need to take a break all together. Awful.

Went to get a refill for my birthday and they came out terrible , was supposed to give me coffin shape and my nails were crooked! she did five layers of nail polish for idk what , my toes were messed up, and now my refill cracked after only one week ! 50$ for terrible nails ! There’s a reason this place is rated so well. Booked a last minute appointment and waited ~15 min. I got the hot stone pedicure and was completely blown away & almost falling asleep in my chair. Thank you to the nail tech for making my feet feel amazing. Thank you for sweet Melissa, the receptionist who also gave me a book recommendation. Will be back for the amazing treatment and my book review!
